Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Williams Family Mill currently uses USPS or FedEx for all shipping,. The price for shipping is an "estimated" price based on flat-rate shipping to your area. We will contact you to inform you if there is a change in pricing for shipping. Williams Family Mill will always use the most economical shipping option unless otherwise requested. Williams Family Mill will invoice you for any price increase or issue a refund for any overcharges in shipping. 

All products are made to order, except for a few items we keep a small inventory of. Due to this, we have a three week lead time on all orders unless the item is already made. On new product launches, orders are shipped int eh order in which they are received.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products from Williams Family Mill are guaranteed from any defect in workmanship. Williams Family Mill will accept returns for one week after you receive the product. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
